FAQ
Care & cleaning
Why do my V500 or Master goggles fog up after several uses?
Anti-fogging is a surface treatment that can, after 10 to 15 uses, be covered with a layer of greasy particles that will itself fog up. Simply gently clean the inner surface of the hull, using a very soft cloth (microfibre style), and the treatment will become effective again.
How do I make the anti-fogging actives last on my goggles?
Before each use, wet the inner surface of the lenses with clear water to activate the anti-fog system and then, after use, rinse with cold water without touching the inner surface. We strongly advise against using solvents such as Alcohol, Acetone, Spray and exposing your glasses to high temperatures.
How do I take care of my diving mask?
To maximise the life of your mask, always rinse it with clear water after each use (or possibly with a little washing-up liquid).
